Most of our engagements are remote, with optional on-site discovery meetings for GTA-area clients.
Small and mid-sized businesses are our specialty — typically 2 to 50 employees. Most of our clients don't have an in-house dev team or a CIO. We handle the engineering so business owners and operators get the result without learning new tools. Past clients include a 6-tech HVAC firm, a 4-attorney law firm, a 3-dentist clinic, an immigration consultancy, and a 3-person real estate investment firm.
Most dev shops build apps. We engineer automation systems on top of the SaaS tools you already use. We don't write 6-month custom apps; we wire AI and rules-based logic into HubSpot, Clio, Dentrix, n8n, Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, and the like. Builds typically take 4-6 weeks, not months, and you don't end up with a custom codebase to maintain.
